Live Aid

                                                                 Bob Gledof 

 In the early 1970's Bob Geldof was a lead singer in boomtown rats he was famous for, writing a song called 'I don't like Mondays' the reason he does not like Mondays is because of a shooting in a school. In San Diego that is why he does not like Mondays Bob Geldof was involved in singing at concert's in a band, he organized 8 live concerts to play in front of people around the world. 

                                                                 Midge Ure

In, 1984 Midge Ure was a Scottish singer he was in bands together with Bob Geldof he was in 7 bands. At the time he became the bubblegum band silk in 1974 he then left the band to join the rich kids it was a punk pop group. 


                                                   'Do they know it's Christmas'

The music  is called do they know it's Christmas was made in 1984 and the reason why Bob gledof has made, this song is because he wanted to let everyone know it's Christmas and also the reason why he put this song together is so they want everyone to remember the song and listen to it to see what it's meaning. They also recruited tones of British pop stars to perform this concert in time for the next holiday's.
